1. All tracts sad parcels shall be used exclusively for dnglo-fatttily residemld purposes and the other
assodated uses permitted here under. No plane,+, trailer, tamprra, abandoned cars or Wdcs shell be kept
on any tract, unless parked in a garageJcarport otherwise screened from view in a meaner approved by the
Committee.
2. No professional, business or commercial activity to which the general public is invited shall be conduced
on tract or parcel
3 No building shall be erected on any tract other than a aingle•family dwelling; a guesthouse, a detached
garage and such appurtenam structures as may be approved from torte to time.
4. No guest home w other structure designed to be used, as a residential swcture shell be constntcted prior
to the constnaxion of the ntairt residemial dwelling.
5. The main residrntial dwelling constructed on a tract [oust have err area of not less than 2500 square feet,
