According to Chapter 232.009 Revision of Plat in the Local Government code you are
being notified that W. E. Bur˘ess has made application to the Ken County
Springs Ranch II, Precinct 2.
of Lote 18, 19, and 20
There will be a hearing on February I lth at 10:00 A. M. in the Kerr County Courtroom,
700 Main St., Kerrville, Texas 78028, at which time the Commissioners' Court will meet
to consider the application and to hear any and all protests to the revision of the plat.
Also, Chapter 232.009 (d) during a regular term of the commissioners' Court shall adopt
and osier to permit the revision of the subdivision plat if It is shown w the court that: (1 }
the revision will not interfere with the established rights of any owner of a part of the
subdivided land; or (2) each owner whose rights maybe interfered with has agreed to the
revision-
