Co~ar•t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, a survey and
appraisal of the tract of land to be acquired for• the Herman
Sons bridge property, and furthermore author•i•ee the initiation
of condemnation proceedings to acquir-e s~_ich tract if that
becomes necessary.
