Dear Mr. Johnston, 02/08/02 c~or~~ I am requesting a variance from the county on my property Lot 112 Kerrville South II. I had a survey done on the property which I am enclosing. As you aze aware it would be nearly impossible to move the concrete back any further because of the natural water flow from the road above. This property is on a dead end road and would not effect the roadway or any work that the county may need to do. We intend on having the county put in another covert for water to flow like it always has. Please let me know if this is satisfactory as soon as possible as we would like to continue with our R.V. storage . Thank you for your help in handling this situation in a timely manner.
