for participation at its March meeting. If your county is interested in
participating in this project, please submit your resolution to the State
Association, 208 W. 14~' Street, Austin, Texas 78701, by March I5,
2002.

COUNTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Comptroller of Public Accounts will assist at least three
counties in developing and implementing effective County
Management Systems; and
WHEREAS, this effort will be coordinated with the County Judges and
Commissioners Association of Texas; and
WHEREAS, this county, its elected officials, and taxpayers could benefit from
this program to improve the operation of county government; and
WHEREAS, to be considered for this project, the Commissioners Court must
request consideration by resolution;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ~~ County requests
favorable consideration for participation in the County
Management System Project.
