Residence located on Lot 8 crosses the lot line on Lot 9 and encroaches into the building setback as shown on plat. 2. Lots 8, 9 & 10 aze 0.48, 0.59, and 0.48 acres for a total of 1.55 acres. 3. Recommend a plat revision to combine Lots 8, 9 & 10 into two lots, to give adequate sepazation. 4. Recommend that the owner provide graphic proof that the new lot has enough room for residence and septic system approved by UGRA, which does not encroach into the building setback shown on plan.
