Transportation Code, Subt. 2, Ch.
251, Sec. 251.051 and Local
Government Code 232.008.
Any person who is interested in the
property and who wishes to protest
must appear March 1 1, 2002 at 10:30
a. m. in Commissioners Courtroom at
