This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Monday,
Mazch 25, 2002, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on
items LISTED on the regulaz agenda, please fill out request form for
consideration during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite
the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the
Judge may impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the
court.

Page 267) from public to private and set public hearing for

2.4 Consider (1) awarding bid for 5-year lease of Wheel Loader; (2)
allowing the Judge to sign contract for same; and (3) issuing a

2.5 Consider recommendations for award bid on 6,500 Tons of
Base Material for Sheppard Rees. (County Enginee)
2.6 Consider recommendations and award annual bids on: Base
Material; Cold Mix; Black Base; Paving Aggregate; Asphalt
Emulsion Oil; Corrugated Metal Pipe; and Equipment by the
Hour. (County Engineer)
2.7 Consider and discuss authorizing Kerr County Sheriff s
Department to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Contract
with Texas Department of Public Safety to purchase supplies to
use in Restricted DNA Database sample collection. (Sheriff

2.9 Consider and discuss setting a date and time for a joint
workshop with UGRA Board member to discuss Kerr County

Requirements and Routing Slips and set a public hearing for

("Renewal Lease for West Kerr County Annex") to the County

2.13 Consider and discuss amending Court Order No. 27080

Facilities") to delete the reference to adoption of the Kerr
