^ I have tried since mid-January to contact Mr. Priour in regard to renewal of the lease of
the building for the West Kerr County Annex. He will not return my calls or answer the
notes that I have left at his offices.
I recommend that the County Attorney be requested to take the necessary action to
implement Court Order No. 27390, attached.

RENEWAL LERSE FOR WEST KERR COUNTY ANNEX
On this the 14th day of January 2@@2, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Gr-iffin, seconded by Commissioner 2aldwin the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-@-@, to renew the
lease with Mr•.Priour• on the West Kerr• County Annex, and at a
monthly rate of f45@.@@ a month and multi-year term, and
authorise Commissioner Griffin to negotiate the final details
and br-ing it back ~ the Court for final approval.
