Re: Falling Water Subdivision (Pct.#3)Utility Construction Waivers.
Dear Franklin and Commissioners Court:
I respectively request a waiver to the following Rule due to rock and steep slopes:
Subdivision Rules and Regulation 5.04.C Underground utility lines are to be placed a
minimum of three(3) feet below surface(and meet safety codes) within a range of 0 to 4 feet
of the outside of the right of way line.
For depth:
1) "a minimum of three (3) feet below surface". To be waived and amended to "a
minimum of 2.5 feet below surface" for the areas highlighted on the attached master
plan.
For location:
And 2) "within a range of 0 to 4 feet of the outside of the right of way line". To be waived
and amended to "within a range of 0 to at least 2 feet outside of the finished pavement of
the outside right of way line" for the areas highlighted on the attached master plan.
