RE: CLARFICATION OF SECTION 1.03.E, KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION RULES & REGULATIONS (FAMILY DIVISION OF LAND) 1. Three contiguous lots in Ken Vista Ranch Subdivision, Section Three, Block "B", Lots 3 & 4 are owned by "Father", and Lot 2 owned by "Son." Each Lot is 10 acres. 2. "Father" wants to convey one-half of Lot 3 to "Son," so both will have 15 acres. 3. Authorized County Engineer to write letter to "Father" & "Son", stating this does not qualify as family division under Section 1.02.B of Kerr County Subdivision _ Rules and Regulations because Lots 2, 3, & 4 are akeady "platted lots", as opposed to "A tract of Land..."
