THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 a.m. Monday, May
13, 2002, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on items
LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of
business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may
impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.

2.15 Consider and discuss authorizing GrantWorks to submit the 2001
TCDA Colonic Comprehensive Plan to the Office of Rural Community
Affairs for their review concurrent with the County's final review of

Subdivision Rules and Regulations. (Commissioner Pct. 3)
2.17 Consider and discuss restructuring of the Kerr County Courts
Collection Department to include the promotion of Brad Alford to
Chief Collections Officer effective July 1, 2002, at an annual salary of
$27,000, and create a full time Collections Officer at the pay rate of
Grade 17, and discuss the requirements for the #2 position and
potential candidates for the position of Collections Officer effective
June 1, 2002. (Executive Session if necessary) (Commissioner Pct. 1)
