There will be a hearing on June 24`", 2002 at 10:00 A. M. in the Kerr County Courtroom, 700 Main St., Kerrville, Texas 78028, at which time the Commissioners' Court will meet to consider the application and to hear any and all protests to the revision of the plat. Also, Chapter 232.009 (d) during a regulaz term of the commissioners' Court shall adopt and order to permit the revision of the subdivision plat if it is shown to the court that: (1) the revision will not interfere with the established rights of any owner of a part of the subdivided land; or (2) each owner whose rights may be interfered with has agreed to the revision. We encourage you to attend and let your wishes be known, either in favor of the revision or against the revision.
