Before you submit your affidavit that the infrastructure has been completed, the following must be completed: 1. Detention and drainage structures must be constructed as shown on the plan by Vordenbaum Engineering, Inc. dated February, 2002, and the detention and drainage structures shall be designated as "Drainage Easements," on the Development Plan, thus preventing buildings, fences, landscaping, or other objects to become detrimental to their intended use. Vordenbaum Engineering shall make inspection when complete and send County Engineer letter certifying construction according to his design. 2. Roads constructed in accordance with Section 1.04.B. Sub-grade and base material shall be tested by a Geo-technical Laboratory to verify 95% Proctor Density. Call County Engineer for inspection of both the base and the asphalt paving when in place. 3. Signage installed in accordance with Section 1.04.B.4. Contact Road & Bridge for a list of signs required per Manual Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Signs on Private Road shall be installed by private contractor. Call County Engineer for inspection when complete. 4. All submittals made to Upper Guadalupe River Authority and their approval as evidenced by signature on Development Plan of the Designated Representative for Kerr County On-Site Sewage Facility and Kerr County Flood Plain Administrator. 5. All submittals made to Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District and their approval evidenced by signature on Development Plan. 6. Approval of road names by 911 Duector as evidenced by signature on Development Plan. 7.
