Subject: HCYEC
Please find attached an analysis of some constructions options for the HCYEC. I have
tried to compile and compaze the various options based on figures we have received from
Glenn Holekamp and estimates he obtained and those we received from Quorum Inc.
The analysis has tried to compaze similar squaze footages and potential uses.
On the final page I have provided three options that I hope will serve as a starting for our
discussions.
I have not triple checked all my additions, so you may want to verify.
