MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER SSl, GOVERNMENT CODE AND
TITLE S, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 6:30 P.M., Tuesday, May
28, 2002, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on
items LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for
consideration during discussion on that specific item. Jn order to expedite
the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the
Judge may impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing
the court.

for the Kerr County SheritPs Office. (Kirby Cunningham)
2.2 Consider and discuss approving contract between the Texas
Deparhnent of Protective and Regulatory Services and the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County to continue maintaining
a child welfare board to administer a countywide child welfare
program to meet the needs of children in the county who are in

2.3 Consider variance to 6.02E.3 of Kerr County Subdivision Rules
and Regulations to extend Preliminary Plat approval for
Cypress Springs Estates, Phase II. (Dale Crenwelge/Don

2.4 Consider and discuss approval of a court order abandoning and
vacating apportion of Pier 5 Drive in accordance with the
agreement reached by property owners and the Commissioners'

2002 as Ernestine Wilson Zimmerman Day. (Commissioner

2.6 Consider and discuss comments from the Office of Rural
Community Affairs re Kerr County's Comprehensive Colonias

2.7 Consider and discuss adoption of Rules and Regulations for use
of County-owned Pazks, Dams, and Recreational Areas.

County Attorney to finalize purchase; and authorize payment of

legal services from the fum McGinnis Lockridge and Kilgore
LLC to create a wastewater treatment service ageement
between the City of Kerrville and the UGRA for the Kerrville
South Wastewater Project and authorizing the County Judge to
execute a contract for these legal services providing that the fee
for such services shall not exceed $6,200.00. (Commissioner
