Commissioners Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Paldwin, the
Co~_irt unanimo~_isly approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to abandon as a
public road that portion of Fier v Drive which is located
north of that point which is 66.6 feet southeast frorti the
southeast corner of lot 12, Fier 5 S~_ibdivision.
