authorizing the County Judge to execute a contract for these legal services providing that the fee
for such services shall not exceed $6,200.00.

RESOLUTION-COUNTY
RESOLUTION OF KERR COUNTY AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED SIGNATORS
FOR TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT 721075
WHEREAS, the County has received funding under the 2001 Texas Community
Development Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate signatory for contractual documents pertaining to
these contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
Section i. That the Commissioners' Court designates the County Judge, County Clerk,
and County Treasurer and the appropriate County Commissioner as
authorized signators for State of Texas Purchase Vouchers for the Texas
Community Development Program Contract 721075; and,
Section 2. That the Commissioners' Court designates the County Judge, County Clerk,
and County Treasurer and the appropriate County Commissioner as
authorized signators for Requests for Advance or Reimbursement for the
Texas Community Development Program Contract 721075; and,
Section 3. That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge as
the County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to act in
all matters in connection with the Texas Community Development Program
Contract 721075.
