LOCATION
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The conference will have its A block of rooms for the conference
headquarters at Holiday Inn has been reserved at the following
Park Plaza, 3201 South Loop hotels:
289, Lubbock, Texas.
FEE
The registration fee for the
conference is $125 for clerks
and deputy clerks if your
payment is received or
postmarked by May 15,
2002. After May 15, the fee is
$150. The registration fee for
guests, spouses, or children is
$100. Fees include conference
registration, conference
materials (not for guests), and
all evening social events.
Registrations received by May
15 will be eligible for the early
bird $100 cash drawing.
TRANSPORTATION
American, Continental, Delta
and Southwest Airlines serve
Lubbock. if you are driving,
Interstate 27 and Highways
82, 84, 87 and 114 provide
easy access to Lubbock. Bus
transportation will be provided
to and from all social events
including the Medieval
Frescoes Exhibit. The Holiday
Inn will provide shuttle service
between the airport and the
hotel and also between both
hotel sites during the

To receive the special conference
rate of $70 for a room, please make
your reservation by May 26, 2002.
When making your reservation,
identify yourself as a participant of
the "Clerks Conference." You should
guarantee a late arrival with a
credit card. If you are arriving by
airline, please arrange for shuttle
service with the hotel when you
make your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
A full refund of your registration
fee, less a $25 processing charge,
will be granted for refund requests
received by 7unŽ 13, 2002.
Thereafter, only a partial refund can
be granted.
