I am writing to inform you Security State Bank and Trust has approved and is committed
to issuing a Standby Letter Of Credit in favor of Kerr County on behalf of Cypress
Springs Estates, LTD. The Letter Of Credit will be issued for a cumulative total not to
exceed $250,000.00. The purpose as I understand is for construction of additional
roadways associated with the development of Phase Two.
It is my understanding the Plat for Cwress Springs Estates Phase Two i scheduled for
presentation and approval in Ken County Commissioners Court on June 24 2002.
We aze currently in the process of preparing ocuments and will have the Letter of Credit
ready for issuance on at that time. I am assuming the same format as used previously
(see attached) is acceptable. If not, I will need to heaz from you as to changes that need to
be made prior to June 20, 2002.
