(page 7) 605 Assignment of Street Addresses The address coordinator shall approve, assign or re-assign any street addresses, or street address elements, in accordance with these guidelines. (page 25) 608 Request for Address Assignment C. When an address is assigned, exclusive of pre-addressed areas, a form similar to Appendix J must be filled out. The address coordinator shall fax or mail a completed copy of the form to Kerr 91 1 within two working days of address assignment, for inclusion with telephone company E911 databases. The address coordinator shall be responsible for the delivery of other copies to Kerr Central Appraisal District, USPS, and to the City or County Clerk, as appropriate. Kerr 911 shall notify the appropriate telephone company of the address assignment. D It shall be the responsibility of the addressee to notify any other parties or persons of the new or changed address. (page 25) 802 Address Coordinator A. Approve or assign numbers for all properties and buildings. (page 27) New Section: 609 Pre-Addressing A. Kerr 911 will pre-address land parcels on new finalized subdivisions and deliver that addressing information to the address coordinator. B. Upon specific or general request of the county or a city, Kerr 911 will assess and pre-address unaddressed areas or areas not in conformance with these guidelines.
