They submit that lots are being divided and sold by metes and bounds without having a plat revision filed. If this is the situation in fact, the lots being divided would require Plat Revision as specified is Kerr County Subdivision Rules since they are part of a recorded subdivision plat in Kerr County. If only entire lots are sold, obviously nothing additional is required by Kerr County. If a Plat Revision is required, please note this must be complete prior to closing on the sale of [he property. Also note that the Kerr County Subdivision Rules have recently been modified by the Commissioner Court. I understand that the property known as Dominion Ranch is acreage, not a recorded subdivision plat in Kerr County, and that you purchased this property in various tracts with separate deeds. If you sell this property in exactly the same tracts, with separate deeds without changing any of the dimension, platting is not requtred. If the above mentioned tracts are divided, combined with other tracts or parts of tracts, in a configuration other than the metes and bounds description that you purchased, they would be subject to platting as indicated in Kerr County Subdivision Rules.
