Memorandum of Understanding
between
Kerr County Juvenile Court at Law
and
Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Inc.
The Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Kerr County Juvenile Court at Law
entering into this agreement with the purpose of delivering Intervention and Prevention
Services. This agreement will commence on September 1, 2002 and terminate on August 31,
2003.
This memorandum serves as a working agreement in which:
The Kerr County Juvenile Court at Law agrees to:
• refer Youth clients for follow-up services
• refer Youth clients for Substance Abuse Screenings
• refer Youth and Families for Prevention Educational Programs
• Offender Education Programs
The HiII Counfry on Alcohol andDnrg Abuse Inc. agrees to'.
identify and refer appropriate clients for legal services.
