The water damage in the Exhibit Center was caused by rainwater coming from the roof into the offices and Exhibit Hall; therefore FEMA. does not cover these damages. Baggett Claims service, who evaluated our damages, indicated the need to repair the roof on this building due to its failure to handle rain.
