This Commissioners' Court will hold a workshop meeting Monday,
August 26, 2002, at 3:00 P.M., at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.
• Call to Order
1.1 Discuss Hill Country Youth Exhibition Center facility use summary, revenues and
expenditures for the yeazs 1999, 2000 and 2001; also projected events days upon
completion ofrenovations/expansion; also additional revenue potential to county
from event parking and concessions. (Commissioner Pct. #2)
1.2 Discuss proposed FY 02-03 budget. (County Judge) ~
