Pursuant to Section 111.007, Local Government Code, notice is hereby given that the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas has filed the proposed operating budget of Kerr County, Texas for the fiscal year
beginning October 1st, 2002. A public hearing date to be held on the proposed operating budget for Kerr
County for the fiscal yeaz October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003, pursuant to Section 111.007, Local
Government Code, to be held on September 9, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County
Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas. A copy of the Budget is available for inspection at the office of the Ken County
Clerk, at the Kerr County Courthouse during normal business hours. The foregoing notice is given by Order of
