Works in concert with loca19-1-1 district to provide accurate database of road names and addresses. Duties are performed under minimal supervision and regularly involve sensitive or confidential information- Occasional extended hours maybe required. Initiates, receives, processes and coordinates road naming and road re-naming requests, in consultation with Commissioners Court. Maintains adequate and accurate records of address assignments and road Warnings. Coordinates conversion of Waal route addresses with U.S.P.S. authorities. Delivers address assignments and road name assignments to Kerr 911, Kerr Central Appraisal District, USPS and City or County offices, as appropriate. Ensures County compliance with Road Naming and Addressing Guidelines. Assists the public in complying with the Road Naming and Addressing Guidelines. Consults with and assists Kerr 9-I-1 in developing and maintaining accurate road name and addressing information in Kerr 9- 1-1 GIS database. Maintains confidentiality of protected 9-1-1 database information; and, maintains confidentiality of public utility customer information used to process, develop and assign street addresses. Researches and provides solutions to problems identified in areas of responsibility. Other related duties as assigned by Commissioners Court.
