This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Monday,
September 23, 2002, at the Ken County Courthouse in the Commissioners'
Courtroom.

the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the
Judge may impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing
the court.
