Facts on the property: 1. 250 acre property divided by a 100' wide electric transmission line easement. 2. The 110.94 acre property on one side of the electric easement has a sepazate road right-of--way, 40.7 ft. frontage. This is less than the 200' required by current subdivision rules. This configuration dates from the 1960's. 3. Owner, Gordon Morgan, is requesting a vaziance to the 200'frontage since the road right-of--way was established before any subdivision rules were in effect, in the 1960's. 4.
