RE: Vaziance request for less than 200' frontage on Scenic Valley Road and exemptions
to platting based upon agriculture use.
Facts on the property:
1. 250 acre property divided by a 100' wide electric transmission line easement.
2. The 110.94 acre property on one side of the electric easement has a sepazate road
right-of--way, 40.7 ft. frontage. This is less than the 200' required by current
subdivision rules. This configuration dates from the 1960's.
3. Owner, Gordon Morgan, is requesting a vaziance to the 200'frontage since the road
right-of--way was established before any subdivision rules were in effect, in the
1960's.
4. Based upon this variance being granted he is requesting an exception to platting
due to agricultural use (Section 1.03.A.)
