This agreement is between Liberty Marketing Company and the Kerr Comt[y Judge & Commissioaers
Court. With the endorsement lspensorahip of the Kerr County Judge & Commissioners Court, Liberty
>larke$ag Company will publish a 23-inch by 35-inch 2002 Edition of the Kerr Couny' map on a fN)Ib-
enamel paper. It will include but will aot be limited to an updated detailed highway of Kerr County, on One
side, and on the reverse side detailed indeX¢tl cih' Street maps of Kerrv7le & Ingram.
Liherty Marketing Compsny will provide up to TWp THOCSADID (2000) tree copies of the map to the
/J ~ ~ ((t, ~M Chamber of CommerCO, which thCy agree to distribute.
!~ It is agreed and understood drat Liberty hIarkedng Company will contact local businesses and
professionals [o advertise around the bordering aides of the map. Those advertisers make the production of
the maps poassbie. There will he NO CHARGE to the Kerr Couaty Jodge .4 Commissioners Court for the
production of the maps. The Kerr County Jadge & Commissioners Court will be advised when the sale
cantpai~n is starting and the rams of the representative who will contact members, local businesses and
