1. Request that I be appointed to the Kerr County Emergency 911 network Board.
2. Background.
a. Five years as a Kerr county resident.
b. Twenty- nine years in the U. S. Army. Retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Three years as a Post Engineer.
c. Thirteen years as a high school teacher.
d. Four years as the Kerr County Field Representative for the U. S. Census
Bureau. Completed the address listing for Kerr County prior to the 2000
Census. Worked with 2000 Census. Completed surveys in Kerr County
in 2001 and 2002. Currently working on an on-going survey in Kerr and
Real Counties.
e. Member of the First Christian Church, American Legion, VFW, and TROA.
3. My experience with the Census Bureau has made me keenly aware of the
importance of a system of locating households without undo problems. I believe
I can contribute to the continuing upgrade of Kerr County's program.
