There are several reasons this request is submitted. Ranchero Estates subdivision was developed in 1969 by the Foster family. It is approximately 50 acres divided in 14 tracts. At the present time Encino Drive is completed to the middle of lot 6. From there to the top of the hill to join Rosemarie Repczynski, which is not part of this subdivision and the site address is E. Ridgeway, is a very steep hill and is undeveloped. Ranchero Drive was paid for and developed by the Ranchero Residents. We request that if a subdivision is developed over the hill from Ranchero Estates that the traffic would not be diverted onto Encino Drive. A gated community is the only way to ensure such a request. The present Ridgeway Road condition is the same as what we had when Ranchero Estate was before we paved it. At the present time we have people driving up Encino Drive dumping trash on lot 6. And we are having people turning around on lot 7 and breaking down the wooden fences. We have had people take vegetables and fruit out of a small garden area on lot 5. Having Encino Drive completed as plotted would depreciate the property value of the existing homes. The quiet neighborhood atmosphere we now enjoy would no longer exist because of the increased traffic. The majority of the homeowners vote to have Ranchero Estates a Gated Community. October 22,2002 We the homeowners of Ranchero Estates on Encino Drive unanimously agree to have Encino Drive designated a Dead End Street and a Gated Community.
