Road and Bridge Department to go oiit for• bids for• a 5-year
lease on a new loader-, that the Court declare the existing
520B loader as surplus, and that the Court allow the Road and
Bridge Department to offer the cur•r•ent Dresser' S24~B loader as
a trade-in on the lease of the new loader.

We have a 1988 model, Dresser 520 B, Serial # 7209, that has extensive damage to the
transmission. The repair costs aze estimated to be at least $12,500.00.
We currently lease one loader at a cost of $1,126.00 per month.
At this time we aze asking the Court to consider the following:
1. Allow us to go out for bids fora 5-yr lease on a new loader,
2. Consider declazing the old loader surplus,
3. Allow us to offer the Dresser 520B (Serial # 7209) as trade in on the lease of
the new loader.
If the Court allows this, we will fund the lease of approximately 9 months within our
current budget and adjust the following yeazs to accommodate the cost of the loader
lease.
