Evelyn Ford has informed me that due to circumstances beyond her control, she will be
unable to serve as the alternate judge of Precinct 118 on November 5, 2002.
I would appreciate it very much if you would appoint Genevieve Nomer to serve as the
alternate judge.
Ms. Nomer's telephone number is 895 2765 and her voter registration number is 25342.
She has previously served as a clerk in the 2002 Primary Election and attended the
election training session on October 22, 2002.
