ADVISORY BOARD AND FOR HER CONTRIBUTION TO
THE AVIATION COMMUNITY IN KERRVILLE
NOVEMBER I4, 2002

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS Ruth Priest has spent a vast number of yeazs working in the field of
Aviation in the public and private sectors; and
WHEREAS As a citizen of Ken County, she offered her time and expertise to the
City and County for the betterment of local aviation; and
WHEREAS Ruth Priest served fourteen years as Chair of the Kerrville/Kerr County
Joint Airport Advisory Boazd; and
WHEREAS During her tenure, significant beneficial improvements have been made to
The Kerrville/Kerr County Airport; and
WHEREAS Her advise and counsel were invaluable to the City of Kerrville and
Ken County during the development of the long-range master plan
for the airport; now therefore be it
RESOLVED That Kerr County Commissioners Court expresses its thanks and
Appreciation to Ruth Priest for her fourteen yeazs of service to the
Citizens of Kerr County as Chair of the Kemille/Kerr County Joint
Airport Advisory Boazd; and be it further
RESOLVED that a signed and sealed copy of this Resolution be presented to Ruth
Priest on the occasion of a reception in her honor, November 14, 2002.
