AND SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR SAME
On this the 12th day of November, 2002, upon motion made by
Commissioner Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, that the Court
approve the LLERG Grant and set a public hearing on same for
Monday, December 9, 2002, at 10:00 a. m.
