It would be appreciated if you would present the Requests at the next commissioner's court, and proceed with the necessary steps to obtain the required hearing by the commissioners. When the notice to the public is forwarded for publication, it would be appreciated if you would request a Publisher's Affidavit be completed by the Publisher with a copy of the published notice attached to the Affidavit.
