Bid packets are available at Kerr County Road & Bridge, 4010 San
Antonio Hwy., Monday -Friday, 7:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m.
Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:15 a.m., December 9, 2002, in
Commissioners Court.

TO SEEN, LEASE OF R CORDER
On this the 28th day of October, 2002, upon notion made by
Connissioner• Griffin, seconded 6y Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unaninously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, authorized the
Road and Bridge Departnent to go out for bids for a 5-year
lease on a new loader, that the Court declare the existing
520B loader as surplus, and that the Court allow the Road and
Bridge Departnent to offer the current Dr•esser• 52@B loader as
a trade-in on the lease of the new loader.
