The "Horizon" end of the Sheppazd Rees Project will require blasting work and tie-into
the existing road. This activity and the grades involved may require closing Sheppard
Rees to through traffic for up to two (2) weeks, for the safety of the public. We would like
this decisions made now so the contractor will know how to schedule the project.
