THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE AND
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Monday,
January 27, 2003, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners'
Courtroom.

Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on
items LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for
consideration during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite
the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the
Judge may impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing
the court.

Commissioners' Court in support of two (2) Bills to be
presented to the Texas State Legislature regarding Headwaters

Church for approval of a grant request to be submitted to the
