APPROVE CONTRACT FOR RECONSTRUCTION
OF SHEPPARD BEES ROAD
On this the 27th day of January, 2003, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, the contract
for the reconstruction of Sheppard Kees Koad project and
authorize the County Judge to sign the same upon the approval
of the County Attorney's Office of that contract.
