AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING
AND/OR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Company/Client:
County of Ken
Groves and Associates, Inc., hereinafter called "Engineer," acting by and through its
duly-authorized officer, Brad Groves, P.E. is hereby authorized to perform professional
services as specified in the Professional Management, Engineering and/or Architectural
Services Agreement dated May 8, 2001; by and between Ken County and Groves and
Associates (now Tetra Tech, Inc.) with the following amendments:
In paragraph 2 of page 1 of part 1 of the original Professional Management, Engineering
and/or Architectural Services Agreement dated May 8, 2001; the completion date for the
agreement shall be extended to March 18, 2004.
In paragraph 4 of page 1 of part 1 of the original Professional Management, Engineering
and/or Architectural Services Agreement dated May 8, 2001; the total fee for services
under the agreement is increased by budget modifications and shall be $104,663.00.
In paragraph 7 of page 2 of part 1 of the original Professional Management, Engineering
and/or Architectural Services Agreement dated May 8, 2001; this Agreement is now
subject to the provisions titled, "Part II Professional Engineering/Architectural Scope of
Services," "Part III Payment Schedule Professional Engineering/Architectural Services"
as well as "Part IV Terms and Conditions Professional Engineering and/or Architectural
Services" and attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
All other terms of said agreement shall remain the same.
