Dear Sirs:
I am asking} the court to consider and approve a 12/S position for the new employee I
have hired in my voter registration department. This person has over fifteen years
experience in tax office and appraisal district functions, and comes to me very highly
recommended. This position is a 12/5 position and has been vacant for several months.
I ask for your consideration in this matter, as I feel she will be a real asset to my office
with her years of experience.
