RE: INSTALLATION OF ROAD SIGN PER 911 ADDRESSING COORDINATOR
In October of 2001, several road names were approved in Court Order # 27280, but in
November 2001, Road & Bridge was instructed not to install any more road signs until the
landowners had been notified by a joint letter from the Kerr County Judge and the Postal
Service.
Between the time of the name changes and these instructions, some of the property owners
were notified by 911 of the change. The Kerr County Address Coordinator has requested
that we change the signs for ten (10} roads in Precinct 4. (See attached list)
At this time, in coordination with Dave Nicholson, Commissioner Pct. 4 we are requesting a
Court Order to allow us to install signs on the roads listed and that the County Clerk notify
by FAX all those entities on the Notification and Distribution List of the roads to be signed.
