As you know, I fanned the Kerr County Water Advisory Committee this past fall, and asked lb citizens to study the issues relating to Kea County's water resources and to advise me on what, if any, legislation was needed in regards to those resources. (bl The temporary board of directors shall hold the election for the board of direc*.ors of the Rerr County Water.
