We are requesting a variance from the costly requirement of replating within asub-division to simply moving the property line, by survey,
on lot # 14 over onto lot # 15 creating two more desireable one acre lots with apx. 200' of frontage each. This will allow the septic leach
field on lot # 14 to be moved up to a mare absorbable area as well as an area less apt wash down the sharp hillside below the rocks.

Dear Sirs:
Kenneth and Virginia Krohn currently own two adjoining lots located at
235 and 265 Timber Oak Road, where they intend to install two new septic
systems. Lot 14 is 0.5 acres and Lot 15 is 1.5 acres.
Due to the topography and soil conditions of these sites, I believe it would be
advantageous for the County to allow them to redraw their lot line in a manner
that would evenly divide the two lots. This change would permit an easier
installation of the septic and more surface area to dispose of the wastewater.
