THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 a.m. Monday, March
10, 2003, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

VISITORS INPUT
Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on items
LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of
business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may
impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.
COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS
Commissioners and/or the County Judge may use this time to recognize
achievements of persons in their Precinct or to make comments on matters not
listed on the regular agenda.

2.2 Consider and discuss approving proclamation declaring May 1,
2003 as "National Day of Prayer." (County Judge)
2.3 Consider and discuss approving April 12, 2003 as "Houston
Schumacher, Jr. Day" in Kerr County, Texas. (Commissioner

2.4 Consider authorizing County Attorney to take legal action in
remedy drainage problem. (County Engineer)
2.5 Consider and discuss approval for Kerr County Sheriff's
Department to apply for a grant for a LOCATER system in
conjunction with Amber Alert. (Sheriff)
2.6 Consider and discuss accepting Racial Profiling report for the

2.7 Consider and discuss approving 9-1-1 unnamed road letter and

2.8 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on a Non-
Financial Work Site Training Agreement between Kerr County
and Alamo Area Development Corporation, and authorize

2.9 Advise Commissioners Court of the start of Rural Library
Delivery service, and re-confirm locations for service van to stop

develop renovation and construction plans for the Hill Country
Youth Exhibit Center and approving contracts for same.
