PROCLAMATION
HOUSTON SCHUMACHER, JR. DAY
WHEREAS, Houston Schumacher, Jr., who lived seventy-five years in
West Kerr County and who died on December 23, 2002
and was athird-generation member of a Kerr County
pioneer family; and
WHEREAS, Houston Schumacher, Jr. worked tirelessly contributing
his time, money and energies to making Kerr County a
better place for all citizens; and
WI~REAS, Houston Schumacher, Jr. has left a legacy of leadership,
generosity and caring for all who loved him.
NOW, THEREFORE, we, Kerr County Commissioners' Court, do hereby
proclaim April 12, 2003 as
"HOUSTON SCHUMACHER, JR. DAY"
