911 UN-NAMED ROAD LETTER
Purpose: To assign names to as many of the un-named roads as possible, replacing
the originally assigned numbers that were for identification purposes only.
Letter: The letter will be sent to the owner of each property parcel that is accessed
by one of the un-named roads. The letter will contain the legal description
of the property as well as the temporarily assigned road number. The
telephone number to be called is pending until the physical location of the
telephone has been decided.

Kerr County, in compliance with County Court Order 27984 and in support of the
Enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency System, has implemented a revised addressing structure to
facilitate future expansion of addresses as well as replace existing carrier route
addressing. This project also includes identifying all the currently "unnamed" roads and
assigning unique names in accordance with the County approved guidelines.
It appears from the aerial mapping that the property described below is accessed by one
of the "unnamed" roads. The road has temporarily been assigned a unique number, see
below, for identification purposes. It is suggested that all property owners served by this
road present an agreed upon name to the Addressing Coordinator before April 14, 2003.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the "unnamed" road contact the
Addressing Coordinator at 830-XXX-XXXX.
