The ICltcr proposal addresses a rcdueed project scope, design sen~iees, cos#ing information a»d scheduling. The outline proposal is based on a standard two part design build contract forrn_ Part 1 of the contract includes the .,crvices addressed in the loiter. Part fi would address final design documents ftnd actual wnstruction. Our review of the pre~posal reveals that it is comprehensive and would provide the level of service needed for Commissioners Court to determine how to proceed with the project or to abandon the project until some future date. The fee structure proposed by HuseriAdler is quite reasonable considering the Icvel of services proposed. It may be appropriate for them to provide: the Court with a more detailed breakdown of the fee structure to demonstrate the level of sen~ices to be provided. As for the eurrCnt Agreement with DRG, should the project proceed, an amendment would be appropriate extending services up to the beginning of the design phase. We would propose a fixed fee of $6,000.00 to bc; drawn in equal parts over the next three months. "Plus would enincid+; with the HuserlAdlcr proposed schedule for Part I. We will be present at the Commissioners Court meeting on Monday, March l0, ?U03, to review the proposal and answer questions that members of the Court may have. Plcasc call if we may be of assistance in the maurtime. Respcetfully, DRG ArcF~itccts, PLLC ~e~'~' ~~ avne H.
